Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices
- Precoding and organizing invoices for proper categorization and allocation to the relevant accounts
- Maintaining an efficient invoice filing system, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents
- Assisting with the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Supporting the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and other general accounting tasks as required
- Collaborating with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and guidelines
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administrations, Finance or similar field (preferably somewhere in Freiburg area)
- You have a great attention to detail
- You can work independently and as part of a team
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- You are a good communicator in English. German would be a strong asset
