Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices
  • Precoding and organizing invoices for proper categorization and allocation to the relevant accounts
  • Maintaining an efficient invoice filing system, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents
  • Assisting with the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable records
  • Supporting the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and other general accounting tasks as required
  • Collaborating with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and guidelines
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed

Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administrations, Finance or similar field (preferably somewhere in Freiburg area)
  • You have a great attention to detail
  • You can work independently and as part of a team
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • You are a good communicator in English. German would be a strong asset
