Overview
The latest update to the mymediset mobile application includes several new features, enhancements, and bug fixes designed to streamline user interactions, improve booking and product management, and enhance overall performance.
Manage Bookings
Feature: Enhance the mymediset mobile application by introducing functionality that allows Sales Representatives to modify existing bookings. This feature will enable them to update booking details, add or remove items, and adjust reservation dates.
Benefit: Provides greater flexibility and enhances the user experience, enabling Sales Representatives to manage bookings more efficiently.
Field Inventory Management for the US Markets
Feature: This feature empowers sales representatives to effortlessly manage their inventory both in the field and on hand. With a user-friendly interface, reps can view, update, and track their inventory status in real time, ensuring seamless coordination with their teams.
Benefit: This feature provides unparalleled flexibility by allowing sales reps to manage inventory wherever they are, enabling quicker decision-making and minimizing downtime. Teams can now collaborate effectively, ensuring the right products are available at the right place and time, leading to improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Enhanced Mobile Dashboard
Feature: New stacked bar charts display booking statuses and customer insights. Date selection options have also been added to enhance report customization.
Benefit: Facilitates booking management with clear visual insights into booking statuses, customers, and revenue trends over time. Get better insights into Order states with respect to replenishments and deliveries.
Partial Shipment Indicator
Feature: Partial shipments are now visually represented in the app, allowing reps to see shipping status briefly.
Benefit: Enhanced transparency in shipment tracking and visibility into remaining items.
Cancel Charge Orders
Feature: This feature enables the Sales reps to cancel a charge order that has been created. The Order is deleted in the backed provided the subsequent document flow is not performed.
Benefit: This feature saves a lot of time for the customer service team members to fix any wrong charge orders. Now the Sales reps can cancel and create the order again.
Dynamic Panel Configuration for Booking Edits
Feature: The app now dynamically renders form fields based on backend panel configurations on the Edit Booking page, allowing a tailored and responsive booking experience.
Benefit: Enhanced flexibility in managing booking details based on real-time backend data.
